Bertola Fino sherry
A dry, pale white sherry wine produced within the DO Jerez. It is made and aged entirely under a layer of Flor (yeast).. Bright notes of flor and minerals, while older examples show more savoury complexity and less spikey salinity. Over 4 years old.
Masia d’Or Brut Bature
Made from the Xarelo grape. A special and deliciously dry and soft Cava which is aged for 12 months in the bottle to create subtle bubbles.

‘His Eminence’s choice’ 10 year Tawny from Delaforce
Grapes: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz.
Matured in oak barrels for 10 years thus gently turning a ‘tawny’ colour. The resulting wine acquires a nutty developed nose with a palate of figs, candied fruits, orange peel and caramel overlaid with hazelnut and walnuts. It has
a mellow oak complexity and coffee pops up to wave goodbye on the finish. Sublime!
